Landlords Information - Selection of Tenants

As part of our professional service to Landlords, we take great care over the selection of Tenants for the properties available to let. When taking your instructions we carefully assess your own requirements and select tenants as closely matched to this requirement as possible. We will always give the Landlord the opportunity to check the information and references at our disposal.

Tenancy Assessment

If we feel that an applicant will prove suitable for a tenancy, they are required to complete a Tenant Assessment Form. This information from the prospective tenant allows us to obtain relevant references and undertake a full credit check on the individual.

Deposits

It is our normal practice to require tenants to pay a deposit against damages and dilapidations equal to a months rent. This deposit is held by ourselves, and is only returnable when the tenant has vacated the property, and we have carried out our final inspection and we are satisfied that the property has been left in suitable condition after making due allowance for fair wear and tear.
