How much can I Borrow?

As a general rule all the lenders will require a deposit of 25%, and expect the rental income to finance the loan repayments. In order to minimise risk, lenders usually require that the property is managed by company that is a member of the recognised trade body ARLA (the Association of Letting Agents)
